At ABOVE BELOW & BEYOND SOLUTIONS, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. Do you charge for estimates?                                                    

No. Affter being contacted we will set up a time that works for all parties involved. There is the rare occation that a client asks us to do an estimate out of our service area, and only under that circumstance will we charge a flat rate. We service Calgary and surounding area.

What is invoved in an estimate?    

We will come out to find out exactly what you are looking for, as well give some advice on how to proceed. Then we will take messurments of the area to find out what material will be needed and get a better idea of a timeline. You should be contacted within one day of your estimate on your quote.

Should I get other estimates?                                                                                                                                                                     Yes you are more then wellcome to compare our work to others as well as our prices. All estimates should be around 20% of each other and no more. If they are not you should find out if each company has the right information. Also if the cost is way below average (buyer beware), as you might find in Service resource sites. This is because you have multiple contractors fighting for one job and a few will undercut their competition to get in the door, and in the end there price will not match there quote.  Or you could have one quote that was much higher then it should have been and you later find out that you have been taken advantage of. We only ask that in your decision making process you make us the last call so that we can give you the best Calgary has to offer.

If I want something added to my estimate and work as all ready started can I do this?

Yes of course, however a few things should be taken in consideration prior too added cost, time and over all effect that change might have on the project. If you do wish to change somthing please let us know and we will submit a change order form. This form will be attached to your qoute so that you can keep track of all the changes made during the project. Note: Any changes to the original contract must have a written  approval  by an A.B.B.S estimator and the client.

I recived your flyer why?

If you have recived one of our flyers then we are currently in your area and avaiable to serve you better. Any of our flyers will be posted on our website so that you can be sure that it was from us. If for any reason you have NO JUNK at your residence then we are sorry for this and it was in no way intentional. If you are wondering why you havent recived a flyer we try to hand them out as little as possible to reduce the use of paper, this is one of the main reason for this website.

Will I be required to put a down payment?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    No, if you are asked this from any contractor you should be learious. We do ask for a payment of materials from clients who have not established their credit with us yet, however we will account for every receipt and this cost will be outlined in your quote. If you have a much larger project we will ask for progress payments at construction milestones ie: framing complete, Drywall complete, Finishing complete.

Do you provide warranty for your work?

Yes, all of our work will have at least a one year minimum and some even longer all depending on the material used. Our warranties are included in the price of the contract, we do not offer extended warranties since we will always give you the longest reasonable time our product should last. It is also recommended that you have a service call even is nothing wrong prior to your warranty ending to ensure a longer use of our products. If nothing is wrong this will be treated as service call and charged as such, but in the event that there is a problem we will fix it no cost to the client.

What if a problem comes up during my project?

With most projects minor issues always come up, it is best to inform us ASAP so that we can fix the problem immediately. The best way to prevent this from happening is to always ask questions that are on your mind  and make sure that you understand what the answer is. If for some reason your problem can not be solved with our field staff please contact us at the office and we will be more then glad to sort out the issue. Even once your project has had its deficiency list approved and you notice something that’s not quite right give us a call and we will address it right away.

How can you offer so many services?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Above Below and Beyond Solutions -Is a general contracting firm with a great deal of experience in construction of people's residents, with that we've established a network of many trades and professionals. This is how we are able to offer lower prices with the same level of quality than going to a company that only specializes in a particular service. You might ask how this is possible, this is due to the fact we are constantly keeping our trades and professionals busy, where in return they provide us with a much lower price that we pass on to our client's.

During the building of a new home or renovation, we usually end up using all the services that we offer. So you can rest assured that when using us for your home you will be getting the best Calgary has to offer. It is in very recent times with the economic slowdown that we realized the potential in contracting out our trades, professionals, and staff.  We see this as a way to keep all who are involved with our company busy and provide a new type of service that has never been offered in Calgary quite like us.

Can I invest?

A.B.B.S - Has two ways of investing. 1.  You can work directly for company and become part of our profit sharing program meant for all employees that have worked for us at least one year in good standing. 2.
